Job Title Verbal Aptitude Trainer – Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amritapuri Campus Location Amritapuri, Kollam Required Number 1 Qualification

• Postgraduate degree in English, English Literature, Linguistics, Communication, or a related field from a recognized university.
  
  

• Train students in verbal aptitude and communication skills for competitive exams (CAT, GRE, etc.) and campus placements, covering vocabulary, grammar, sentence correction, reading comprehension, critical reasoning, and verbal analogies.
• Design and deliver practice sessions, quizzes, and mock tests to improve students’ speed, accuracy, and confidence in verbal‑aptitude sections. Identify students with weak language skills and provide individualized / small‑group coaching to bridge gaps.
• Maintain records of student performance, provide feedback, and help track progress through the university’s management system. Update learning material with recent question‑paper patterns, new vocabulary, and exam‑oriented practice sets.
  
  

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in teaching/ training verbal aptitude, competitive‑exam coaching, or communicative English.
