Job Description

Evaluate speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
Conduct one-on-one or group therapy sessions
Treat patients with conditions such as autism, stroke, hearing impairment, or developmental delays
Maintain detailed progress reports and documentation
Collaborate with doctors, teachers, caregivers, and therapists
Use assistive devices or communication technology as needed

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Patience, empathy, and problem-solving ability

Ability to work with diverse age groups

Clinical or internship experience (preferred)
