<p><strong>Position:</strong> Zoho Consultant<br><strong>Location:</strong> Kolkata (Work from Office – 5 Days a Week)<br><strong>Experience Required:</strong>&nbsp;3– 8 Years</p><hr><h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3><p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>Zoho Consultant</strong> to join our team at <strong>Indus Net Technologies</strong>. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Zoho suite implementation, customization, and consultation. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design workflows, and deliver efficient Zoho solutions that drive business growth.</p><hr><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><p>Engage with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into effective Zoho solutions.</p><p>Implement, customize, and integrate Zoho applications such as <strong>Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk, Zoho People</strong>, and other Zoho One tools.</p><p>Develop automation, workflows, custom modules, dashboards, and reports based on client requirements.</p><p>Provide expert consultation on optimizing business processes through Zoho applications.</p><p>Conduct training sessions and provide post-implementation support to users.</p><p>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.</p><p>Stay updated with the latest Zoho features, integrations, and industry best practices.</p><hr><h3><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong></h3><p><strong>4 to 8 years</strong> of proven experience as a <strong>Zoho Consultant</strong> or similar role.</p><p>Strong understanding of <strong>Zoho One ecosystem</strong> and its inter-app functionalities.</p><p>Proficiency in creating <strong>custom functions using Deluge scripting</strong>.</p><p>Experience in <strong>third-party API integrations</strong> with Zoho products.</p><p>Excellent analytical, communication, and client-handling skills.</p><p>Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.</p><hr><h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h3><p>Zoho Certifications will be an added advantage.</p><p>Experience working with global clients and diverse business domains.</p><hr><h3><strong>Work Mode</strong></h3><p><strong>Work from Office – 5 Days a Week</strong></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Ambuja Ecospace, Newtown, Kolkata</p>
