To conduct standardized physical and also chemical test including toxic substances and also pesticide residues on food as well as beverages utilizing instruments such as ICP-AES, GC-FPD/TCD/ECD and HPLC to guarantee compliance with standards and also regulations.
To prepare standard operative procedures for different tests based on nationwide as well as international standards such as ISO and also APHA
To record and compile sample analysed as well as a test performed.
To maintain lab according to GLP and also GMP
To maintain records of testing results or various other documents as required by state or other governing agencies such as ISO, NABL, FSSAI
To develop and review quality and safety policies and also manage audits by 3rd party inspector.

Qualification:M. Technology in food engineering and Technology/ M.Tech in Food Technology/B.
