Location: Kolkata

Experience: 6+ Years

Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR (Mandatory)

Salary: ₹45,000–₹50,000 Gross per Month

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Payroll professional to manage end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance, and employee salary-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage monthly payroll processing and timely salary disbursement.
Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and labour laws.
Handle payroll audits, reconciliations, MIS reports, and documentation.
Manage reimbursements, employee benefits, and Full & Final settlements.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external agencies.
Resolve payroll queries and maintain payroll accuracy.

Requirements

MBA / PGDM in HR is mandatory.
Minimum 6 years of payroll management experience.
Experience handling large employee payrolls is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and labour laws.
Proficiency in payroll software and Advanced MS Excel.
Experience in Infrastructure, Construction, Steel, Chemicals, Metals & Mining, Railways, or Industrial Equipment is preferred.
