As a SAP - ABAP - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to address their complex business challenges, leveraging your skills in SAP technology within our Digital Core Modernisation network. You will be part of a dynamic team that supports client engagements by providing premium, cost-effective services that enhance process quality and delivery capability. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, anticipate needs, and navigate complex situations to deliver quality solutions. You will also guide and mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and development.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will proactively manage multiple client engagements, establish effective working relationships, and contribute to the development of your technical acumen. You will stay informed about local and national business and economic issues, and actively participate in business development activities to identify new opportunities. By continuing to develop internal relationships and your personal brand, you will play a crucial role in delivering value to our clients and supporting the firms overall business strategies.

Responsibilities

- Assisting in the management of multiple client engagements, reporting to Managers and above
- Leading and training staff to enhance team capabilities and technical skills
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients
- Contributing to the development of technical acumen within the team
- Staying informed on local and national business and economic issues
- Engaging in business development activities to identify and research opportunities with new and existing clients
- Developing internal relationships and enhancing your personal brand within PwC
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) to support client solutions
- Implementing SAP Fiori and SAP HANA for process improvement and optimization
- Applying analytical thinking and strategic technology planning to drive business transformation
- Designing automation solutions to streamline client processes
- Embracing change and fostering an inclusive work environment
- Leveraging SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP NetWeaver to deliver client-focused solutions

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelors degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)
- Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud for strategic insights
- Implementing SAP Fiori for enhanced user experience
- Leveraging SAP HANA for optimized data management
- Engaging in process improvement and optimization initiatives
