About the Role

Are you a results-driven Sales Engineer with a strong instrumentation and automation background? Do you thrive on building customer relationships, understanding technical challenges, and delivering value-driven solutions?


We are looking for a Sales Engineer to support our continued growth in East India specifically, West Bengal, Odisha & Jharkhand. In this role, you will independently develop and manage sales for world-class process instrumentation solutions across key industrial markets.


Key Objectives

  • Build a strong key stakeholder network at targeted End Users and Machine Builders and linked to Panel Builders and other external stakeholders.
  • Drive sustainable sales growth and expand the active customer base in specified area
  • Promote high-quality instrumentation solutions using a structured and consultative sales approach


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop an excellent Customer Relationship Management system to record customer information on installed base, share of wallet, site process signals, competitors, key stakeholders and plan and implement your sales plan.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of our product portfolio by aligning solutions with customer applications and pain points
  • Develop and execute sales plans to grow revenue and long-term customer relationships
  • Plan, manage, and conduct sales activities to meet and exceed individual sales targets and budgets
  • Build and maintain value-based partnerships with customers across the process industries
  • Share market insights, best practices, and application knowledge with the global sales organization


Qualifications & Experience

  • 5–10 years of proven experience in technical sales within instrumentation, automation, or process industries
  • Educational background in Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering
  • Experience with products such as flow, level, pressure, and temperature instrumentation is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of process industry market dynamics and customer requirements
  • Disciplined user of CRM systems with a structured sales mindset
  • Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable working remotely
  • Fluent in Hindi, English required for business communication
