As a Risk Management Associate specializing in Third Party Risk Management, you will play a pivotal role in helping organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls to mitigate risks effectively. Within our Strategy, Risk and Compliance practice, you will provide advisory and practical support across a wide range of specialist risk and compliance areas, focusing on maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, learning how to manage and inspire others while navigating increasingly complex situations. You will leverage your skills to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will use these moments as opportunities to grow, asking questions and developing a deeper understanding of the business context.

Responsibilities

- Providing advisory support to teams in risk and compliance areas to enhance internal controls
- Navigating complex regulatory landscapes to deliver practical solutions for clients
- Building meaningful client connections and managing relationships effectively
- Utilizing analytical thinking to perform risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies
- Implementing compliance programs and conducting compliance risk assessments
- Monitoring contractual risks and developing risk management frameworks
- Upholding professional and technical standards in line with firm guidelines
- Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for risk management solutions
- Collaborating with teams to develop and implement risk governance frameworks

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelors degree
- At least 2+ years of years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
