Job Description

Direct Tax consultant : Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant

With major grip on

Direct Tax consultation along with making representation, assisting in collating, preparing, submitting details for assessment/litigations and coordinating with internal & external consultants.
Conducting technical research for relevant case laws, knowledge portals etc.
Handling matters related to Tax provisioning, deferred tax calculations, tax accounting & maintaining accuracy of tax accounts & reconciliations there of.
Liaise with tax authorities on various Direct tax matters.
