Position: Junior Partnership Executive 

Location: Kolkata

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive professional to expand and manage our domestic recruitment partnership network across India. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, onboarding strategic partners, strengthening existing relationships, and driving revenue through a strong partnership ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard employers, universities, colleges, training institutes, NGOs, and placement partners.
  

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships to generate business and recruitment opportunities.
  

• Drive onboarding, engagement, and performance of franchise and channel partners.
  

• Plan and execute campus recruitment drives, institutional outreach, and partnership initiatives.
  

• Build a strong partner pipeline and convert business opportunities into active engagements.
  

• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.
  

• Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
  

• Maintain partner databases, follow-up trackers, meeting reports, and pipeline updates.
  

• Coordinate with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure successful partner delivery

Requirements

• Experience in Business Development, Partnership Management, Institutional Sales, or Channel Development.
  

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  

• Ability to identify opportunities, pitch solutions, and close partnerships.
  

• Target-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  

• Good networking and stakeholder management abilities.
  

• Willingness to travel for institutional meetings, partner visits, and campus activities.
  

• Bachelors degree preferred.
