Qualification: MBA or Graduate.

Experience: 10-12 years from Real Estate industry

  • Involved in sales promotion activities & generating leads.
  • Should have experience on selling High end residential projects.
  • Responsible for achieving & exceeding sales targets and revenues.
  • Taking prospects for site visits in residential projects, answering all relevant queries in the process.
  • Follow up with the booked client’s & ensuring collection of booking amount
  • Maintaining good relationship with booked clients & getting referral leads.
  • Cold calling, following up with the lead provided in CRM, ensuring the clients provided with project details through emails, direct phone calls, arranging for site visits.
  • Follow-up with Presales team on regular basis and to provide essential details and briefing of the Project to Presales Team.
  • Analyzing market research data to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures and to assess customer requirements and needs.
  • Customer relationship management.
  • Achieving projected sales figure by converting the leads into business.
  • Should have excellent communication skills and pleasing personality.
