Job Description

We have an opening for the position of Manager / Sr. Manager - Corporate Accounts for a reputed company at their office in Kolkata Location.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth functioning of various Accounts & Finance Department roles wrt Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Documentation, GST etc.
• Monitoring and Release of all types of payments wrt Payroll, Contractors, All Plant Stores, All location Electricity Customer F & Sales Incentive, TA / DA of Anmol GT EAST, Anmol GT South, Mukund and Modern Trade.
• Monthly PL East Zone, Merged PL, PPT presentation.
• Preparation of Qty & Yearly Balance Sheet and get it audited.
• Preparation of 3CD data for Tax Audit and get it audited.
• Ensuring Fixed Assets Capitalization / Discard and review of CWIP status and raised query wherever required.
• Checking of monthly Investment details and MIS.
• Review of Fixed Deposit & BG and their MIS.
• Review of Security Deposit Given and Taken on monthly basis and their confirmation on yearly basis.
• Prepare data for Actuarial Valuation Report and get the report from value.
• Finalization of Accounts.
  
  

Qualification: CA Age - 32 -38

Candidates Profile

• Candidate should well-versed in Indi-As system in accounting
• Should have handled Corporate Accounts with large manpower.
• Should handling a team
• well-versed in SAP
• (Pref: FMCG / Food / Manufacturing / Biscuit Industry)
