The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining backend components while working closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.</p><hr><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><p>Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using <strong>Java 8, Spring, and Spring Boot</strong>.</p><p>Build and manage <strong>microservices architecture</strong> for scalable distributed systems.</p><p>Implement RESTful APIs and ensure high performance and responsiveness.</p><p>Work with <strong>SQL databases</strong> such as <strong>PostgreSQL / SQL Server</strong>, including query optimization and data modeling.</p><p>Use <strong>ORM tools</strong> effectively for data access and persistence.</p><p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis and solution implementation.</p><p>Ensure smooth deployment and integration of developed microservices in distributed systems.</p><p>Work with <strong>GitHub, SVN</strong>, or similar version control systems.</p><p>Participate in <strong>Agile ceremonies</strong> and use tools like <strong>Jira</strong> for task tracking and project management.</p><p>Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for performance and scalability.</p><hr><h3><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong></h3><p>3–4 years of hands-on experience in <strong>Java backend development</strong>.</p><p>Strong expertise in <strong>Java 8, Spring Framework, Spring Boot</strong>, and microservices.</p><p>Experience with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred).</p><p>Strong understanding of microservices design principles and distributed systems.</p><p>Proficient in SQL with experience in <strong>PostgreSQL or SQL Server</strong>.</p><p>Hands-on experience with <strong>ORM tools</strong>.</p><p>Familiarity with version control systems (<strong>GitHub, SVN, etc.</strong>).</p><p>Experience working in an <strong>Agile</strong> development environment.</p><p>Excellent problem-solving skills and communication ability.</p>
