Transfer Pricing Manager

As a Transfer Pricing Manager, youll thoroughly and accurately analyze information, apply economic/financial knowledge to client situations and develop effective approaches to clients financial circumstances. Subsequently, youll take a lead in developing recommendations and implementation plans. Youll also develop and deliver transfer pricing and economic ideas with timely, responsive services/work products, and identify opportunities for transfer pricing and other special services.

Our team delivers high quality analyses and advisory in areas such as:

• Intercompany financing and loan pricing
• Credit rating and creditworthiness assessments
• Debt capacity and thin capitalisation analysis
• Cash pooling structures and liquidity management
• Intercompany guarantee arrangements and pricing
• Broader financial transaction TP policy design and documentation
  
  

Your Key Responsibilities

• Participate in transfer pricing engagements
• Assist in managing engagement economics by organizing staffing, tracking fees and communicating issues to project leaders
• Participate in business development initiatives
• Build strong internal relationships within the transfer pricing team and across other services
• Help people to develop through effectively supervising, coaching and mentoring staff
• Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff Contribute to people initiatives, including recruiting, retaining and training transfer pricing professionals
• Maintain an educational program to develop personal skills on an ongoing basis
• Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Strong understanding of Chapter X of OECD guidelines (FTTP guidelines)
• Intercompany financing and loan pricing approaches
• Credit rating analysis (hands on experience on various external credit rating tools, methodology papers and different approaches)
• Databases such as LSEG Workspace (previously known as Eikon), DealScan or Loan Connector, Bloomberg, S&P Capital IQ etc.
• Strong understanding of concepts and approaches related to debt capacity/thin cap rules, cash pooling arrangement, guarantee fee approaches etc.
• Good understanding of treasury center operations and valuations skills
• Independently lead client conversations and act as a trusted advisor on complex transfer pricing matters related to financial transaction transfer pricing
• Sound understanding of transfer pricing concepts
