Level Of Experience

5–8 years and above

Education

Graduate and above (Masters in English/Communicative English/Mass Communication or Diploma/Degree in Instructional Design preferred)

Knowledge of tools

Intermediate to advanced: MS Office suite, G Suite, Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise (Intermediate to Advanced level), Captivate, GoMo (optional), Vyond

Industry Experience

5 – 8years in instructional design or instructional technology

Technical Capabilities

Must demonstrate strong knowledge of

  • ADDIE and SAM models
  • Instructional design theories
  • Blooms Taxonomy
  • Training needs analysis
  • Storyboarding
  • Accessibility-compliant content creation
  • Visualisation of complex learning journey and interfaces
  • Authoring tools
  • Lead stakeholder communications and SME interactions
