As a learning and development generalist at PwC, you will focus on designing and delivering innovative training programmes to enhance employee skills and knowledge. You will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Study storyboards and determine requirements
  • Follow brand guidelines and create designs which are brand-compliant
  • Conceptualise visuals based on requirements
  • Create themes and template designs to present ideas
  • Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic
  • Work with Instructional Designers to produce final design
  • Review and test the graphics across various media
  • Amend designs after feedback
  • Review final graphics and layouts for quality and brand adherence
  • Create designs that are accessibility-compliant (visual and hearing planning) that can be incorporated into the media (using alt tags)
  • Create working prototypes of course design
  • Author and review WBTs using tools like Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, Adobe Captivate
  • Test course functionality, completion, course flow, content links, embedded media on mobile and desktop view to confirm responsiveness of design
  • Maintain project documentation and course folders (course index - complete record of a course - for media or any assets - complete record of the asset)
  • Coordinate with project development team and SMEs
  • Peer review and quality review work done by the team at various stages of the project before delivery
  • Understand personal and team roles, contribute to a positive work environment, invest in team bonding
  • Proactively seek guidance, clarification and feedback
  • Apply agile working practices within the team to support efficiencies with real-time development (working with onshore or offshore team members)
  • Provide clear and consistent answers to incoming brand-related questions, leveraging standard responses and brand guidelines when appropriate
  • Recognise when to escalate issues in accordance with established criteria
  • Lead communication with stakeholders/clients to understand and execute requirements
