As a marketing generalist at PwC, you will focus on a wide range of marketing activities aimed at promoting the Firms products or services. You will conduct market research, develop marketing strategies, create and execute marketing campaigns, and analyse campaign performance. You will leverage a versatile skill set and knowledge in various marketing channels, holding responsibility for validating brand consistency, reaching target audiences, and driving customer engagement and loyalty.

The Global Campaign team within the GMO develops data-driven integrated marketing strategies to build awareness, relationships, pipeline and market share. The selected senior associate to work closely with the Global Campaigns Programme Leader to support a number of key areas that will work across the different teams and marketing campaigns. This role will work with budgets, planning, reporting, team efficiencies and global contractor administration to create best in class campaign frameworks

Demonstrating Proven Record Of Success In

  • Executing integrated global multi channel marketing campaigns, being an active practitioner in using marketing technology as part of this and prior experience in delivering training programmes and reporting using marketing technology to showcase campaign performance and ROI;
  • Delivering complex projects to schedule and achieving desired results, in liaison with the wider business;
  • Working closely with global marketers to understand campaign execution plans, responsible for creating reporting, presentations and newsletters to help showcase the team activity;
  • Supporting the Global Campaign Programme Leader in planning and training initiatives across the campaign team including but not limited to budgeting, capacity planning, process workflows and designing multi channel marketing campaign playbooks and blueprints;
  • Driving innovation around email and automated marketing and ensure key information is shared globally and across our network of member firms;
  • Supporting project managing ad hoc initiatives across a mix of multiple proposition areas with a deep understanding of a range of multi channel marketing campaigns at a global level;
  • Demonstrating attention to detail and an analytical flair with project management experience;
  • Working with international teams with strong stakeholder management skills; and
  • Understanding of relevant legislation and industry best practice.

Qualification: Any graduate/Post graduate with 5+ years experience but the ideal candidate should have substantial experience delivering complex multi channel campaigns, preferably within a professional services or technology environment.
