Roles & Responsibilities

1. The ARM is a critical point contact of for all Financiers/Financial Institutions in the region.
2. Acquisition and relationship management of Banking partners, market participants (Financiers viz. Banks/ NBFCs)
3. Managing existing clients and increasing income of from such clients
4. Engage with all stakeholders in bank for lead generation.
5. Handle operational issues of all participants and complaints.
6. Monitor day to day transaction activity to ensure minimum bid loss.
7. Actively engage with external stakeholders to get regular update on market and competitive strength.
