The Back Office Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative and operational activities, maintaining accurate records, handling documentation, updating data, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Entry & Documentation
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems and Excel sheets.
Prepare and maintain reports, records, forms, and other documentation.
Ensure proper filing and organization of physical and digital documents.
Verify data and documents for accuracy and completeness.
2. MIS & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Maintain databases and operational records.
Track and update relevant business information.
Support management with required reports and data analysis.
Use MS Excel for data management, reconciliation, and reporting.
3. Coordination & Operations
Coordinate with different departments for required information and documents.
Follow up with internal teams regarding pending tasks and documentation.
Assist in processing orders, invoices, purchase/sales documents, or other operational records as required.
Ensure timely completion of assigned back-office activities.
4. Administrative Support
Handle routine office administration and coordination.
Maintain records of correspondence, documents, and transactions.
Assist senior team members in day-to-day operational activities.
Support the HR, Accounts, Sales, or Operations team whenever required.
5. Communication & Follow-up
Communicate with internal teams regarding work status and pending requirements.
Follow up on outstanding documents, approvals, and tasks.
Maintain professional communication with employees, clients, vendors, or other stakeholders when required.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline; B.Com/BBA/Bachelors degree preferred.
0–3 years of experience in back-office, administration, MIS, operations, or a similar role.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Basic knowledge of data entry, documentation, and reporting.
Knowledge of ERP/software systems will be an advantage.
