Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven Automobile Sales Executive who is passionate about sales and customer engagement. This role involves a balanced mix of showroom sales and field sales, offering excellent earning potential through incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the showroom
  
• Explain vehicle features, pricing, and financing options
  
• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales
  
• Conduct field visits for customer meetings and business development
  
• Build strong and long-term customer relationships
  
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery & documentation
  
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects
  

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in automobile sales (mandatory)
  
• Strong communication & convincing skills
  
• Comfortable with both field sales and showroom sales
  
• Must own a 2-wheeler with a valid Driving License
  
• Good negotiation and customer handling skills
  
• Immediate joiners will be given preference
  

 Role Structure:

•  50% Showroom / In-store Sales
  
•  50% Field Sales / Customer Visits
