They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals. In capital markets accounting advisory services at PwC, you will focus on providing strategic guidance on a broad range of technical accounting, financial reporting, transaction structures and capital markets topics. You will advise clients on complex accounting advisory and financial reporting issues around deals (both public and private) and other transformational business events that may impact an organisation’s value.

The Opportunity When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Capital Markets Accounting Advisory Services team you are expected to provide accounting and financial due diligence. As a Senior Associate you are expected to mentor junior team members, manage multiple projects, and confirm the delivery of top-quality work. You are expected to work directly with clients, interpret data, and analyze financial trends to provide valuable insights

What You Must Have

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 3 year(s) of experience in accounting, with financial and accounting due diligence experience preferred
  • Chartered Accountant (CA), Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), or an internationally recognized equivalent
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
