Complete Safety Control

Lead comprehensive safety control for all construction execution activities across 6 towers (B+G+11 floors) ensuring 100% compliance with safety protocols

Real-time Monitoring

Conduct continuous safety monitoring during concrete pours, structural work,scaffolding activities, and high-rise construction operations.

Execution Safety

Ensure all construction activities meet safety requirements with zero major safety incidents and maintain an accident-free site record.

Site Documentation

Maintain comprehensive daily safety records, incident reports, and safety inspection documentation for management review

Safety Induction & Training Activities

Safety Induction Leadership

Conduct comprehensive safety induction for all new joiners including labourers and contractors with 100% compliance to induction protocols.

Role-specific Training

Deliver specialized safety training for masonry workers, scaffolders, and other trades ensuring job-specific safety awareness

HSE Training Programs

Schedule and deliver HSE training to contractors, labours, staff and other personnel working at site with documented attendance

Training Coordination

Coordinate safety training programs and ensure timely completion of safety certifications for all site personnel Construction Safety Assurance

Hazard Management

Identify processes which are hazardous & undertake steps to curtailing associated risks with proactive hazard identification.

High-rise Safety

Monitor safety protocols for high-rise construction work, scaffolding installation, and fall protection systems ensuring compliance

Excavation Safety

Ensure safety protocols for excavation work, foundation activities, and basement construction with zero incidents

Emergency Preparedness

Implement fire safety systems, emergency evacuation procedures, and conduct regular emergency drills

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Education & Experience

• Minimum 8-12 years hands-on experience in site-level safety management for high-rise residential construction projects.
• Engineering degree preferred with relevant safety management qualifications
• Proven track record of managing site safety for projects worth ₹50+ crores
• Direct experience in day-to-day site safety supervision and safety training activities.
  
  

Technical Expertise

Site Safety Control:

Extensive hands-on experience with residential construction safety management and daily site safety operations.

Safety Training

Practical experience with safety induction processes, training program development,and safety documentation

Construction Safety Standards

Working knowledge of safety regulations, construction safety specifications, and safety compliance requirements

Local Knowledge

Familiarity with West Bengal safety regulations and local construction safety practices

Preferred Experience

High-rise Building Experience:

Experience in handling safety management for high-rise building construction projects with multiple towers

Complete Project Lifecycle

Candidates who have handled both structural safety management and finishing phase safety activities in construction projects

Mivan Formwork System

Hands-on experience with Mivan (Aluminum formwork) system safety protocols, height safety management, and specialized safety procedures

IGBC/Green Building

Experience with green building safety documentation and sustainable construction safety practices

Software & Tools

• Hands-on experience with safety management systems and safety documentation tools
• Working knowledge of Excel for safety data recording and incident analysis
• Basic knowledge of construction drawings for safety planning and risk assessment
• Safety training and emergency response systems
