Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with a diverse team to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the software delivery process. You engage in planning activities that span multiple disciplines and integrate various ecosystems to ensure seamless application lifecycle management. Your work includes executing continuous testing practices focused on security, application programming interfaces, and regression testing. You develop and maintain automation strategies and scripts, while also managing data and environment configurations. Additionally, you actively participate in code reviews, track and report defects, and contribute to ongoing improvements in the testing process to uphold high-quality standards throughout the project.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of testing activities with project goals.
- Assist in mentoring junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance testing methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tricentis Tosca.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca.
- Strong understanding of continuous testing practices including security, API, and regression testing.
- Ability to configure and manage test data and environments to support automation efforts.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and reporting tools to support quality improvement initiatives.
- Capability to participate effectively in code reviews and contribute to quality assurance processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Tricentis Tosca.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
