Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow online sales through Shopify.
  
• Manage Google Shopping, Google Merchant Center, Meta and other digital channels.
  
• Improve SEO and organic Google visibility.
  
• Increase website traffic, conversion rate and average order value.
  
• Manage paid advertising and improve ROAS.
  
• Develop email, SMS, abandoned-cart and customer retention campaigns.
  
• Grow Facebook, Instagram and social commerce.
  
• Explore and manage relevant marketplaces such as eBay and other Australian platforms.
  
• Coordinate product promotions, social content, influencers and UGC.
  
• Use analytics, AI and automation tools to improve marketing efficiency.
  
• Report weekly on sales, traffic, conversion, advertising performance and growth opportunities.
  

What Were Looking For

• Hands-on e-commerce/digital growth experience.
  
• Strong Shopify knowledge.
  
• Experience with Google Ads/Shopping, Meta Ads and SEO.
  
• Understanding of GA4, Google Search Console and Merchant Center.
  
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset.
  
• Fashion, jewellery, beauty or retail experience is highly desirable.
  
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-growing small business.
