As an Analyst, you will focus on managing financial records, analyzing data, and assisting in compliance with accounting standards. You will play a crucial role in providing accurate financial information and insights to support decision-making. As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and contribute to projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will engage in research, participate in project tasks, and develop basic skills and knowledge, all while building your personal brand and understanding the broader objectives of your role.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Internal Firm Services within our Finance practice, where you will provide financial advice and strategic guidance to clients, helping them optimize their financial performance and make informed business decisions. You will handle financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management, all while adapting to a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Conducting financial analysis to provide strategic guidance and optimize client financial performance
• Managing financial records and confirming compliance with accounting standards
• Assisting in budgeting and forecasting to support informed business decisions
• Analyzing data to deliver accurate financial insights for decision-making
• Preparing and presenting financial statements and reports to stakeholders
• Collaborating with team members to address financial challenges and scope variations
• Applying accounting advisory skills to enhance financial reporting and policies
• Utilizing general ledger accounting techniques for efficient financial record keeping
• Engaging in account reconciliation to maintain financial accuracy
• Supporting credit control and escalation management processes
• Developing commercial awareness and understanding of business operations
• Upholding professional and technical standards, including PwC tax and audit guidance
  
  

• B.com
• MBA is an added advantage
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• Good Analytical and Excel skills
  
  

• Preference for a Bachelor's degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Accounting & Technology, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: Certified Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
• Demonstrating proficiency in Accounting and Financial Reporting Standards
• Utilizing skills in Financial Statement Analysis and Preparation
• Engaging in Account Reconciliation and General Ledger Maintenance
• Applying knowledge of Financial Budgeting and Forecasting
• Excelling in Presenting Financial Reports and Stakeholder Management
