Job Description: Female HR Recruiter

Role Summary

A plywood manufacturing company is looking for a Female HR Recruiter to manage day-to-day recruitment activities and support the organization in meeting its manpower requirements.

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records and ensuring timely joining of selected candidates.

The role is fully office-based at Atghara, Rajarhat, Kolkata and is not a Work From Home position.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Sourcing

• Understand manpower requirements from different departments.
  
• Source candidates through job portals, recruitment platforms, references, social media and other suitable channels.
  
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  
• Conduct initial telephonic screening and candidate assessments.
  
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and concerned departments.
  
• Follow up with selected candidates regarding documentation and joining.
  
• Maintain an updated recruitment pipeline and candidate database.
  
• Ensure timely closure of assigned vacancies.
  

Candidate Coordination

• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  
• Explain job responsibilities, salary, location, working conditions and other relevant details.
  
• Follow up with candidates after interviews and coordinate subsequent rounds.
  
• Maintain proper records of selected, rejected and pending candidates.
  
• Ensure a smooth candidate joining and onboarding process.
  

HR Support

• Maintain recruitment-related documentation and records.
  
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates to management.
  
• Support basic HR activities as required.
  
• Coordinate with departments regarding manpower requirements and recruitment status.
  

Candidate Requirements

• Female candidates preferred.
  
• Graduate in any discipline; HR / Business Administration qualification will be an advantage.
  
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment / HR recruitment preferred.
  
• Good knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing.
  
• Good working knowledge of job portals and recruitment channels.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel and email communication.
  
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
  
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and candidates simultaneously.
  

Language Skills – Mandatory

The candidate should be comfortable speaking and communicating in:

Good spoken communication in all three languages is required for effective candidate interaction and coordination.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be a confident and proactive female HR professional with good recruitment experience, excellent communication skills and strong follow-up abilities.

She should be comfortable communicating with candidates in English, Hindi and Bengali and should be capable of independently handling the recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining.

Compensation

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month, depending on experience, recruitment skills and overall suitability.
