Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Zoho Executive to support end-to-end activities across sales, product demonstrations, implementation, and project coordination within the Zoho ecosystem.

The role involves engaging with clients to understand business requirements, demonstrating relevant Zoho applications, assisting in implementation across multiple modules (CRM, Books, Inventory, Desk, etc.), and ensuring smooth project delivery and handover.

This position is ideal for freshers who are interested in building a career in ERP, SaaS solutions, and business process automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand client requirements across sales, finance, operations, and support functions
  • Conduct product demonstrations for various Zoho applications, including:
  • Zoho CRM
  • Zoho Books & Finance Suite
  • Zoho Inventory
  • Zoho Desk
  • Zoho People and other relevant apps
  • Assist in solution discussions and support the sales process
  • Participate in implementation activities across different Zoho applications:
  • System setup and configuration
  • Data migration (Customers, Vendors, Items, Leads, etc.)
  • Workflow and basic automation setup
  • User roles and permissions configuration
  • Coordinate with internal teams for customization and integrations
  • Track project progress and support timely execution
  • Provide basic user training and onboarding support to clients
  • Ensure smooth project handover and documentation
  • Maintain clear records of client requirements and project updates
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or related field
  • Strong interest in business software, ERP systems, and digital transformation
  • Basic understanding of business processes (sales, accounting, operations)
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to learn multiple Zoho applications
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a structured manner
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and general business tools

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

  • Exposure to any CRM, accounting, or ERP software
  • Internship experience in sales, support, or implementation
