We are looking for experienced Senior Network & Systems Administrator to join our team in based out of our Kochi location with hybrid work options. Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs (SSL & IPSec), and firewall configurations.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Fortigate and Sophos firewall environments, including firewall rule management and VPN connectivity.
• Administer and support virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere/ESXi and Proxmox.
• Manage backup and recovery operations using Veeam Backup solutions.
• Maintain and support Linux servers across Ubuntu, CentOS, and Debian distributions.
• Configure and manage enterprise storage systems including Huawei and QNAP storage solutions.
• Support and maintain server hardware infrastructure, primarily DELL servers.
• Configure and troubleshoot network devices including HPE/Aruba, Huawei switches, and Unifi Access Points.
• Monitor infrastructure health and performance using Zabbix Monitoring System.
• Perform system upgrades, patch management, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and PowerShell.
• Support certificate management activities and maintain system security best practices.
• Assist in troubleshooting database-related issues involving PostgreSQL, MariaDB, and MySQL.
• Ensure infrastructure availability, reliability, security, and performance across environments.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience is required.
• Scripting experience in Python and PowerShell.
• Good understanding of Linux distributions including Ubuntu, CentOS, and Debian.
• Basic knowledge of database systems such as PostgreSQL, MariaDB, and MySQL.
• Basic understanding of SSL certificates and certificate management.
• Good understanding of technical documentation, SOPs, and system configurations
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
