Job Overview

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations and enhancements across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and develop custom Salesforce components, integrations, and workflows.
• Ensure best practices in Salesforce development, security, and performance optimization.
• Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.
• Oversee integration projects using Boomi or similar integration platforms.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend improvements to existing architecture.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud is a plus.
• Minimum 9 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
• Proven experience with integration platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, data architecture, and API integrations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer II, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant) preferred.

• Exposure to Marketing Cloud campaigns and automation.
• Experience in Agile methodology and DevOps tools for Salesforce.
