Project Management Intern

Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday

We are looking for a highly motivated Project Management Intern to support our Associate Project Manager in executing client projects efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to real-world software projects, client communication, and Agile workflows.

As an intern, you will closely work with Associate Project Managers, developers, and designers, learning how projects are planned, tracked, and delivered in a fast-paced agency environment.

• Assist Associate Project Managers in day-to-day project coordination activities
• Help track project timelines, tasks, and deliverables across ongoing projects
• Support requirement gathering and documentation (notes, scopes, user flows, etc.)
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and review meetings
• Follow up with internal teams to ensure tasks are progressing as planned
• Prepare basic project status updates and internal reports
• Help maintain project documentation and process checklists
• Learn and use project management tools like Trello, Jira, ClickUp, or similar

• Recent graduates (B.Tech / MBA / equivalent) or early-career professionals.
• Strong interest in project management, product development, or startups
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (preferred, not mandatory)
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and follow through
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Willingness to learn Agile / Scrum methodologies
