Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Program Manager to lead a portfolio of enterprise application initiatives spanning legacy systems, platform modernization, and new product development.

This role demands a strong blend of Agile program leadership, technical solutioning, and executive stakeholder management, enabling effective decision-making across delivery, architecture, and business alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Program Leadership

  • Drive Agile delivery across multiple teams (Scrum/Kanban/Hybrid models)
  • Establish and scale Agile governance (PI planning, sprint governance, backlog prioritization)
  • Ensure alignment between product backlog, business priorities, and delivery outcomes
  • Continuously improve velocity, predictability, and release quality

Program Governance & Execution

  • Own execution across multiple delivery tracks (application development, modernization, integrations, enhancements)
  • Manage cross-team dependencies and ensure seamless delivery across the portfolio
  • Drive structured governance (daily operations, sprint reviews, executive reporting, QBRs)

Technical Solutioning (Critical)

  • Participate in solution discussions and guide high-level architecture decisions
  • Evaluate trade-offs between legacy constraints and modern architecture patterns
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business outcomes
  • Challenge and validate engineering approaches where required

Senior Stakeholder Management

  • Act as primary interface for senior stakeholders (Director, VP, Business Heads)
  • Drive alignment on priorities, roadmap, funding, and delivery commitments
  • Manage escalations, ambiguity, and competing priorities with authority

Financial & Delivery Ownership

  • Own program KPIs: delivery velocity, quality, SLA adherence
  • Manage budgets, resource planning, and cost optimization
  • Drive productivity improvements across teams and delivery units

Modern Technology & Innovation Enablement

  • Promote adoption of modern engineering practices (API-first, microservices, cloud-native patterns)
  • Enable use of AI/automation in delivery (workflow automation, intelligent decisioning, AI-assisted development)
  • Support UI/UX modernization and self-service platform evolution
  • Balance innovation with enterprise constraints and delivery realities

Required Experience

  • 12–18 years of experience in IT delivery, with 5+ years managing Agile programs at scale
  • Strong experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in technical solutioning / architecture discussions
  • Experience managing multi-track enterprise delivery environments
  • Strong exposure to enterprise applications (legacy + modern architectures)
  • Demonstrated success managing senior stakeholders (Director/VP level)

Compensation

Estimated Pay Range:

Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
