Position Summary You will be an important member of our commercial team in India. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional partners. You will create and deliver clear territory plans that support business goals and improve patient outcomes. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital teams and institutional stakeholders across your assigned territory. - Create and execute territory business plans that align with business goals and improve patient care. - Conduct professional visits and educational meetings to share clear, evidence-based clinical information. - Gather customer and market insights and use them to refine local plans and improve execution. - Work with cross-functional colleagues to address customer needs and ensure high-quality delivery. - Follow company policies, quality standards and local regulations in all activities. Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; life sciences, pharmacy or clinical backgrounds are an advantage. - 1–3 years of customer-facing experience in sales, medical, field roles or account management. - Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and relevant local languages. - Comfortable using everyday computer tools such as Word, Excel and mobile apps. - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory. - Customer-focused mindset with integrity and commitment to ethical behaviour. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Prior experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical or medical device field roles. - Ability to interpret and explain clinical or scientific information clearly to diverse audiences. - Planning and analytical skills to develop and monitor territory performance. - Experience organising professional meetings, workshops or educational events. - Comfortable working independently in the field and collaborating with a team. - Fluency in additional local languages spoken in your territory. Work pattern and location This role is on-site in India with regular travel across the assigned territory.
