About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join the Flex Platform team, a cross-functional product organization responsible for building the shared platform capabilities, workflows, and services that power Cynclys products globally.

You will own a defined product area end-to-end from understanding customer problems and shaping the product strategy through prioritization, delivery, launch, and measuring outcomes.

This role is ideal for a PM who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, working closely with customers and engineering teams, and turning complex business needs into simple, scalable product experiences. Areas may include business workflows, CRM, payments, integrations, data and analytics, platform services, AI-enabled capabilities, or other emerging platform opportunities.
 

About the Team
The Flex Platform team operates through small, autonomous, cross-functional pods, with each pod accountable for a defined product area and outcome.

As the PM for your pod, you will be the primary product decision-maker, working closely with engineering, design, QA, architecture, and business stakeholders.

We believe PMs should own outcomes rather than simply manage backlogs. You will have the autonomy to determine what problem to solve, why it matters, what to build, and how to measure whether it worked.
 

Key Position Responsibilities include:
Product Discovery & Strategy

• Understand customer, user, and business problems through research, data, and stakeholder insights.
• Define problems clearly before committing to solutions.
• Develop product hypotheses, evaluate alternatives, and make informed product trade-offs.
• Translate business strategy and customer needs into a clear product vision and roadmap for your area.
• Identify opportunities to create reusable platform capabilities that can scale across products, customers, and markets.

Product Delivery

• Own and prioritize the product backlog in partnership with engineering.
• Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
• Work closely with engineering, design, QA, and architecture throughout discovery and delivery.
• Make day-to-day product decisions and resolve ambiguity quickly.
• Balance customer needs, technical complexity, business value, and time-to-market.
• Ensure that products are delivered with the right level of quality, usability, and scalability.

Customer & Stakeholder Management

• Regularly engage with customers and users to validate problems and solutions.
• Partner with business unit leaders, customer success, sales, and other internal stakeholders.
• Build alignment across teams and communicate product decisions clearly.
• Represent the needs of your product area in quarterly planning and roadmap discussions.

Outcomes & Continuous Improvement

• Define measurable outcomes for the products and capabilities you own.
• Track adoption, usage, customer value, and business impact after launch.
• Use data and customer feedback to continuously improve the product.
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, automate manual processes, and improve customer productivity.

Cross-Platform Collaboration

• Work across Flex Platform pods when your product area has dependencies on integrations, APIs, data, AI, payments, or other shared capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to leverage existing platform capabilities rather than building duplicate solutions.
• Help shape platform standards and reusable capabilities that benefit multiple Cyncly products.

Go-to-Market & Communication

• Partner with GTM, business units, and customer-facing teams to prepare products for launch.
• Communicate product changes, value propositions, and release plans clearly.
• Support customer and internal enablement for significant product launches.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 3 - 5 years of product management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• Demonstrated experience owning a product area from discovery through delivery and measurable outcomes.
• Strong customer-first mindset and experience conducting customer or user discovery.
• Comfortable owning and prioritizing a backlog without relying on a dedicated Product Owner.
• Strong product judgment and ability to make trade-offs in ambiguous situations.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into simple, intuitive product experiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear product requirements, user stories, stakeholder communications, and product narratives.
• Comfortable working closely with engineering and understanding technical concepts, APIs, integrations, data, and platform architecture.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Comfortable working across multiple products, business units, geographies, and time zones.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to define and use product metrics to evaluate success.
• Ownership mentality, you take responsibility for outcomes rather than simply completing assigned tasks.
   

Good to Have:

• Experience building platform products, shared services, or reusable capabilities.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise applications, or vertical SaaS.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, data platforms, analytics, or workflow automation.
• Experience working with AI-enabled products or automation.
• Experience launching products across multiple markets or geographies.
• Experience working in an autonomous, cross-functional product pod or squad model.
• Experience with PLG, self-service products, or SaaS growth models.
