Pickers And Packers

Key Responsibilities

• Pick products from shelves as per order list / handheld scanner
• Pack items safely and securely to avoid transit damage
• Verify product quantity, SKU, and quality before packing
• Label packages correctly for dispatch
• Assist in loading and unloading of goods
• Maintain stock arrangement and support inventory checks
• Follow warehouse safety guidelines and SOPs
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and 5S standards in the warehouse
• Support supervisors in daily operational activities
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
  
  

• Basic reading and understanding of order sheets
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and move products during shifts
• Teamwork and discipline
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Basic mobile/handheld scanner usage preferred
  
  

• Minimum Qualification: 10th / Plus Two / Any Degree
• Freshers can apply
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, FMCG, or e-commerce is an added advantage
• Male candidates preferred for warehouse operations (if applicable as per business need)
