Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon arrival and assist them with product inquiries and selections.

• Upsell additional items such as lens coatings, accessories, or insurance plans.
• Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the store’s POS system.
• Assist with the fitting and adjustment of frames to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage stock levels by ordering new inventory and checking deliveries for accuracy.
• Promote a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing sales floor environment.
• Help maintain store displays by cleaning and arranging frames and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and store-wide sales goals.
• Provide follow-up services to check customer satisfaction and product performance.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details and complaints.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in optical or related industries.
