Primary Responsibility:

Branch Operations Manager (BOM) is responsible for smooth functioning of branch operations, ensuring compliance, customer service excellence, audit control, and support to business team. The role focuses on backend operations, risk management, and regulatory adherence.

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations (cash, clearing, account opening, inward/outward remittance).
• Ensure smooth functioning of teller desk and back-office activities.
• Monitor vault, cash management, and ATM reconciliation.
• Ensure adherence to Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines.
• Maintain KYC/AML compliance as per regulatory norms.
• Handle internal, concurrent, and statutory audits.
• Ensure timely closure of audit observations.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.
• Coordinate with regional office and compliance team.
