Enablement Services provides cost-effective, high-skilled, and innovative services to support EY’s global and local enablement teams. Markets, BMC, AWS, Finance and Accounting, Risk Management, Procurement, People Shared Services, IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services, are among the services offered by Enablement Services.
Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams, along with Service Lines, Core Business Services and Sectors. The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Lead / Senior Consultant to design, deliver, and optimize enterprise-grade D365 and Power Platform solutions. This role combines deep technical expertise with solution ownership, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement to drive business outcomes across complex CRM environments.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, configuration, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices.
- Architect and deliver end-to-end solutions across D365 modules including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
- Develop and customize CRM components such as entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, plugins, and integrations.
- Build custom solutions using C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Dynamics 365 SDK, and Web API.
- Design and implement scalable integrations using Azure and Power Platform capabilities.
- Oversee system architecture, performance tuning, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members, fostering collaboration and high-quality delivery.
- Engage with business and technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear and actionable discussions.
- Participate in project planning, sprint ceremonies, estimations, and delivery governance using Agile methodologies.
- Stay current with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform advancements, recommending continuous improvements.
- Responsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution.
- Accountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals.
Skills And Attributes For Success
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM configuration, customization, and solution delivery.
- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS with hands-on experience in plugins and workflows.
- Solid knowledge of Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of CRM data models, security, and business processes.
- Experience designing scalable, maintainable system architectures.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to quality and performance.
- Effective communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in collaborative, Agile teams.
- Developed and customized AI Copilots and agents using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 CRM, integrating workflows, Dataverse, and APIs to support intelligent automation and conversational experiences.

What We Look For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and implementation.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments (Scrum/Kanban).
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications are preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted client and stakeholder relationships.
