Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
Generate new business opportunities for Ewaantech’s services including:
Mobile Application Development
Website Development
Custom Software Development
UI/UX Design Services
Digital Transformation Solutions
Identify, qualify, and convert international leads into long-term clients
Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and proposal discussions with prospective clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships across global markets
International Client Management
Handle clients outside India with professionalism and strong business communication
Experience working with GCC clients is highly preferred
Understand international client expectations, business etiquette, and delivery standards
Coordinate with internal technical teams to align proposals and project estimations
CRM & Pipeline Management
Manage leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline using CRM platforms
Maintain accurate client records, sales activities, and opportunity tracking
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts
Ensure timely follow-up and conversion optimization
Technical & Solution Understanding
Possess technical or semi-technical understanding of:
Mobile apps
Websites
Web applications
Software development lifecycle
Understand client requirements and communicate effectively with technical teams
Assist in solution pitching and proposal customization
Mandatory Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
problem-solving ability, and business acumen
Proven experience in IT services sales
Experience selling software services such as:
Mobile apps
Websites
Web platforms
Custom software
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar)
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets
Preferred Skills
Experience handling GCC clients
Technical or semi-technical knowledge in software development
Experience in proposal writing and client presentations
Knowledge of lead generation platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, etc.
