We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth by acquiring international clients and expanding service sales across key markets. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, hands-on IT service sales experience, and the ability to understand and articulate technical client requirements. K E Y R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S Business Development ▸ Generate new business opportunities for Ewaantech's core services: – Mobile Application Development – Website & Web Application Development – Custom Software Development – UI/UX Design Services – Digital Transformation Solutions ▸ Identify, qualify, and convert international leads into long-term clients ▸ Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and proposal discussions with prospective clients ▸ Build and maintain strong client relationships across global markets International Client Management ▸ Handle clients outside India with professionalism and strong business communication ▸ Manage GCC-region clients with an understanding of local business etiquette ▸ Understand international client expectations and delivery standards ▸ Coordinate with internal technical teams to align proposals and project estimations CRM & Pipeline Management ▸ Manage leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline using CRM platforms ▸ Maintain accurate client records, sales activities, and opportunity tracking ▸ Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts ▸ Ensure timely follow-up and conversion optimization Technical & Solution Understanding ▸ Maintain technical or semi-technical knowledge of mobile apps, websites, web applications, and the software development lifecycle ▸ Understand client requirements and communicate effectively with technical teams ▸ Assist in solution pitching and proposal customization R E Q U I R E D S K I L L S & Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S Mandatory Skills ▸ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English ▸ Proven experience in IT services sales (mobile apps, websites, web platforms, custom software) ▸ Hands-on experience with CRM tools — HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar ▸ Strong negotiation and closing skills ▸ Problem-solving ability and business acumen ▸ Ability to work independently and consistently meet revenue targets Preferred Skills ▸ Experience handling GCC-region clients ▸ Technical or semi-technical background in software development ▸ Experience in proposal writing and client presentations ▸ Proficiency with lead generation platforms: LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, etc. W H Y J O I N E W A A N T E C H ? ▸ Work with a diverse portfolio of global clients across GCC and beyond ▸ Be part of a fast-growing IT company with exciting and varied projects ▸ Gain exposure to international sales, business expansion, and cross-cultural client management ▸ Enjoy a performance-driven culture with clear career growth opportunities
