Role Overview:
One of our client is looking for an HR manager. As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and fostering a positive and productive work environment. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies while contributing to the overall success of our organization & Recruiting employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and promote best practices.
Coordinate and conduct employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Manage employee relations, addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts effectively.
Conduct investigations into employee complaints and ensure fair and consistent application of company policies.
Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and wages.
Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality and data integrity.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve HR processes and employee satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives that support the companys strategic goals.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Demonstrated understanding of HR principles and practices.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications/Good to Have:
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).
Experience with HRIS systems.
Experience in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with performance management systems.
Experience in employee relations.
