Guest Service Associate- FandB Service

We're looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Guest Service Associate to join our dynamic Food and Beverage team at our hospitality establishment in Kochi, India. In this role, you will be an integral part of delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You'll combine your passion for hospitality with your attention to detail to ensure every guest interaction exceeds expectations. • Welcome and greet guests in a warm, professional manner, setting the tone for their dining experience
• Provide proficient and professional food and beverage service while consistently meeting and exceeding guest expectations
• Respond promptly and efficiently to guest queries, complaints, and special requests, resolving issues in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to assist guests with informed selections
• Set up dining areas with precision, ensuring all operating equipment, linen, and condiments are properly arranged and inspected before service
• Clear soiled chinaware, glassware, and silverware from guest tables and reset tables promptly for subsequent arrivals
• Maintain seamless coordination and cooperation with all hotel departments to ensure maximum productivity, morale, and guest service
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions, emergency situations, or suspicious activities to the Food and Beverage management team
• Demonstrate flexibility and initiative in multitasking across various service scenarios while maintaining composure under pressure
• Minimize breakage, pilferage, and spoilage through careful handling and adherence to operational standards
• Familiarize yourself with property layout, fire exits, and emergency procedures to ensure guest safety and security
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment by supporting colleagues and sharing best practices in service delivery

• Hospitality industry experience is preferred
• Operational and technical knowledge of food and beverage service standards is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse guests
