Responsibilities

• Design and implement football training programs and practice sessions for players.
• Analyze player performance and develop personalized improvement plans for skills development.
• Communicate effectively with players, assistant coaches, and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Build positive relationships with team members to foster trust and collaboration.
• Scout for new talent to enhance team strength and depth for the season.
• Develop and execute game strategies considering strengths and weaknesses of opponents.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all training and game sessions.
• Motivate and mentor players to cultivate sportsmanship and team spirit.
• Organize and participate in coaching clinics and workshops for skill enhancement.
• Review and analyze game footage for strategy adjustments and player feedback.
• Track and report on team performance statistics to improve future performance.
• Manage team logistics including scheduling, travel arrangements, and equipment management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a football coach or similar coaching position is required.
• Strong knowledge of football rules, tactics, and education relevant to the sport.
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities to guide and influence the team.
• Ability to motivate and inspire players to reach their full potential professionally.
• Experience in game planning, scouting, and team selection for games and tournaments.
