Job Description

As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales efforts of our company. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that meet their business requirements. Your ability to identify new sales opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals will be crucial to your success. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company. Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in targeted geographical areas.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets consistently while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  • Negotiate terms of sales agreements to ensure favorable outcomes for the company.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients to win new business.
  • Monitor market trends and report on competitors’ activities to remain competitive.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Ensure all customer information is captured and updated in the CRM system.
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to generate leads.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
  • Educate clients about the benefits and features of our products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a closely related field.
  • Proven experience as a sales executive, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet with clients and attend events.
