Job Description

The Field & Operations Executive plays a crucial role in managing and supervising the daily operations of the field team, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and seamless execution of tasks. This position requires a dynamic individual who can blend strategic planning with on-ground execution, maintaining high standards of service delivery. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between field teams and management, ensuring communication and objectives are clearly defined and met. With a focus on performance metrics and field operations workflows, the Field & Operations Executive must drive operational excellence, maintain a safe working environment, and optimize resource allocation to improve project outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of field teams to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Monitor performance metrics and report findings to senior management regularly.
  • Ensure that all field activities comply with company policies and regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to streamline operations and improve communication.
  • Manage resources efficiently to reduce operational costs and waste.
  • Analyze operational processes and recommend improvements for better productivity.
  • Train and mentor field staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Prepare detailed operational reports for analysis and decision-making purposes.
  • Facilitate team meetings and discussions to align on goals and responsibilities.
  • Act as a point of contact for resolving field-related issues and concerns promptly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or related roles.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for coordination.
  • Proven experience in process improvement and strategic planning in operations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and operations management software tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and guide operational decisions.
  • Experience in developing budgets and managing operational costs effectively.
