Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Digital Marketing Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for guiding and supporting students in their understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies. Responsibilities include conducting lectures, designing course content, providing personalized feedback, and assisting learners with practical assignments and real-world projects. The trainer will also stay updated on the latest industry trends, AI-powered marketing technologies, and digital marketing tools while fostering a collaborative learning environment to help students develop job-ready skills in modern marketing.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing, including SEO, SEM/PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Marketing Automation

Proficiency in digital marketing analytics, campaign management, and performance optimization

Hands-on experience with traditional digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and similar platforms

Strong understanding and practical experience with the latest AI-powered marketing tools, including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, Midjourney, and other AI tools used for content creation, design, research, automation, and productivity

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Effective training, presentation, and teaching abilities
• Understanding of industry trends and advancements in Digital Marketing, Artificial Intelligence, and Marketing Automation
• Prior instructional or training experience is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Must be fluent in English & Malayalam
