Digital Marketing Executive (Entry Level)

Role Overview

You will work across SEO, social media, paid ads, content, and website management. This role suits someone with strong fundamentals in digital marketing, hands-on exposure, and a clear desire to build a long-term career in this field. You won’t just execute tasks. You’ll learn, improve, and grow with real campaigns.

Experience & Background

  • 6 months to 1-year hands-on experience in digital marketing or SEO
  • Digital marketing course completion preferred
  • Any graduate degree

Key Responsibilities

SEO & Website

    • Execute on-page SEO activities including keyword optimization, meta tags, and content structure
    • Use Google Search Console to track website performance and fix basic issues
    • Support Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) practices for AI-driven search visibility
    • Manage and update website pages using WordPress
    • Ensure basic website structure, content layout, and SEO best practices are followed
Social Media Management

    • Plan, manage, and execute social media activities on Facebook and LinkedIn
    • Create content calendars aligned with business goals
    • Publish posts, monitor engagement, and track performance
    • Maintain brand consistency across all social channels
Paid Media & Campaign Support

    • Understand the basics of paid media concepts including campaign structure, targeting, and performance metrics.
    • Support the team with basic setup and monitoring of Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
    • Assist in reviewing campaign performance reports and learning optimization best practices
Content & Design

    • Write clear, engaging content for social media, websites, and campaigns
    • Design creatives using Canva or Photoshop
    • Coordinate content and design to support campaign objectives
    • Apply AI-driven approaches in content writing and graphic design for AI-based visual creation
Communication & Collaboration

    • Communicate clearly with internal teams on tasks, timelines, and outcomes
    • Take ownership of assigned work and follow through without constant supervision
Required Skills

    • Strong fundamentals in digital marketing concepts
    • Solid understanding of SEO and search behavior
    • Strong knowledge of social media management, especially Meta and LinkedIn
    • Working knowledge of Google Search Console & Google Analytics
    • Content writing skills with attention to clarity and relevance
    • Basic design skills using Canva or Photoshop
    • Basic website design and page management using WordPress
    • Good communication and coordination skills
