About the project

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Customer Service & Operations Support based in Kochi to support both our learners and the ongoing development of our local operations.

In this role, you will combine hands-on customer service responsibilities with operational and organizational support, playing an important part in the day-to-day functioning and further development of our location.

Your role
  • Acting as the first point of contact for our learners via email, phone, or on site
  • Supporting participants with course selection and general inquiries
  • Ensuring a high level of learner satisfaction through friendly, solution-oriented service
  • Supporting day-to-day operations and administrative processes
  • Acting as a local point of contact and supporting the establishment & development
  • Assisting with coordination tasks, communication, and internal workflows
  • Supporting the implementation of operational processes and structures on site


Your profile
  • Strong service orientation and genuine enjoyment of working with people
  • Structured, reliable, and independent working style
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience, ideally in customer service, operations, education, or project coordination
  • Fluent in English & Malayalam; Hindi is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and intercultural competence
  • Good PC and MS Office skills
  • Based in Kochi
