Job Overview: As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers at the airport. You will assist with check-in, boarding, and other related tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient travel experience for our customers. You will also handle any inquiries or concerns from passengers and provide timely and accurate information. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters and boarding gates
  • Handle ticketing and seat assignments
  • Process baggage and ensure it is loaded onto the correct flights
  • Answer inquiries and provide information on flight schedules, delays, and other related matters
  • Assist passengers with special needs or requests
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure a seamless travel experience for customers
  • Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe and secure airport environment
  • Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
  • Attend training sessions and stay updated on airline policies and procedures Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the airline industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints in a calm and professional manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of airline policies and procedures is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
