Job Description

The Corporate Relationship Associate plays a vital role in fostering and maintaining strategic partnerships with corporate clients. This position requires exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding of corporate sales strategies, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. As a Corporate Relationship Associate, you will be responsible for identifying potential corporate clients, understanding their needs, and positioning the company’s products and services as solutions. You will act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth and expanding the company's corporate client base. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and possess a strong ability to negotiate and close contracts successfully.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with prospective corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on business development strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the corporate sector.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and compliance.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective and current clients to present solutions.
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate records of communication and transactions.
  • Regularly meet and communicate with clients to assess their needs and provide solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to client relationship activity.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to build brand recognition and client base.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate sales or relationship management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and client satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex client needs.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
