The Supervising Associate, Communications & Engagement will sit within a global Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) team supporting the Clients & Industries (C&I) function. Working closely with colleagues responsible for leadership communications, this role plays a critical execution and coordination function: helping the team deliver high-quality, polished communications while staying organized, disciplined, and on track across multiple initiatives.
The role is heavily focused on newsletter production, content tracking, and operational support, enabling the team to operate efficiently and consistently across global audiences and internal channels.
Key Responsibilities
Content production and newsletters
Build internal newsletters and other shareable content formats using Microsoft Outlook templates (and other platforms where applicable).
Support the preparation of leadership communications across email, intranet, and engagement platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strong attention to detail.
Help drive awareness of C&I initiatives and encourage engagement via internal channels such as email bulletins, Viva Engage, and video updates.
Tracking, coordination and operational support
Track communications activity, milestones, and outputs using Excel and support updates to related PowerPoint decks.
Create and maintain activities within the BMC Planning Tool to support visibility and prioritization.
Coordinate the development and upkeep of the Communications Toolkit site in SharePoint.
Update Go-to-Market and Clients & Industries pages on the EY intranet using the AEM tool. Complete AEM training if required.
Create, manage, and update leadership and CRM distribution lists in OneAccess.
Submit learning credit requests in SuccessFactors following webcasts and virtual events.
Provide ad hoc support to leadership and the wider C&I team across tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and OneAccess.
Collaboration and ways of working
Collaborate closely with global BMC colleagues to support campaign launches, market activities, and leadership priorities.
Apply a proactive, detail-oriented working style to anticipate needs and flag risks early.
Embrace new and innovative ways to engage internal audiences, while ensuring alignment with broader BMC and Clients & Industries messaging and communication frameworks.
Skills And Attributes
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook newsletter templates (this is a core requirement of the role). Basic design / desktop publishing experience also required.
Good writing / editing, though this will mostly be covered by other team members.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
Exceptionally strong attention to detail, particularly in fast-paced, high-visibility communications.
Comfortable working across multiple systems and tools with accuracy and consistency.
Global mindset, with sensitivity to diverse audiences and awareness that English may not be the first language for much of the audience.
Solid planning and coordination skills.

Comfort working with global stakeholders across time zones; occasional work outside standard business hours may be required.
